How I Can Help

I’m passionate about helping people navigate through life’s most challenging moments. I work closely with individuals navigating the emotional impact of medical trauma, physical injuries, and chronic health conditions—whether that’s recovering after a stroke, adapting to life after a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury, overcoming the “fear of falling,” or facing other complex medical challenges.

I also support those going through general major life changes, from managing anxiety, depression, or adjusting to new chapters in life. My practice is a welcoming and affirming space for everyone, with specialized experience with LGBTQ+ individuals.

My Approach

I take a holistic, individualized approach to therapy, addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in humanistic and person-centered principles, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.

I incorporate evidence-based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help build practical skills, overcome challenges, and foster meaningful change—all tailored to your unique needs, goals, and values.

Location

I see clients for in-person appointments at my ADA Accessible office in Carlsbad:

2244 Faraday Ave, Suite 107
Carlsbad, Ca 92008

If you prefer to have sessions from the comfort of your home, I offer telehealth appointments for clients residing in California. We’ll meet through a secure and confidential HIPAA-compliant audio/video platform.
